1. Payment & Acceptance

A 60% advance is required for confirmation; the remaining 40% is due before dispatch.
By making a payment (Advance or Balance) toward an order, the customer acknowledges that they have received, read, and unconditionally accepted all Terms & Conditions and Warranty policies mentioned herein.

2. Refund Policy

Both the Advance and Balance paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Advances are immediately utilized for material procurement, specialized labor, and production scheduling.

3. Fabric Selection & Costing

Furniture is quoted with fabric costing between ₹300–₹350 per meter.
If a higher-cost fabric is selected, the additional cost will be added, and the invoice/quotation will be revised accordingly.

4. Visual Disclaimer (3D Renders & Photography)

3D renders, digital models, and photographs are for representation only.
Due to natural wood variations and artisanal finishing, the final product may differ in:

• Wood grain pattern
• Color tone
• Fabric texture
  Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Product Variations & Dimensional Tolerance

• Minor color/finish variations may occur.
• Dimensional tolerance: up to 12mm in upholstered products, up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

6. Production Timeline & Logistics

Our furniture is handcrafted and made per order.
Timelines may vary due to:

• Artistic complexities
• Artisan availability
• Weather conditions
• Wood maturation
• Specialized logistics arrangements

AHD Furniture is not liable for mental stress, agony, or consequential loss due to production/logistics delays.

7. Site Access & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure furniture fits through gates, elevators, doors, and staircases.
If special equipment (cranes/pulleys) or extra labor is required, the cost and risk are entirely the customer’s.
Damage caused during forced entry is the customer’s responsibility.

8. Transit Damage Policy

If damage occurs during transportation (before site entry), AHD will repair it professionally. Customers must allow reasonable time for this.

9. Quotation Validity

Quotations are valid for 1 month from the given date.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cochin, Kerala, India.

• Our company operates on a strict no-refund policy for all products sold. However, if there is a product mismatch, damage, or wrong delivery, you are eligible for a return process.
• Please note that the product can only be replaced before the assembly service. Once the product has been assembled, we will not accept any replacement requests.
• During the return process, the product will be picked up from the same location it was originally delivered to.
• Once the returned product reaches our facility, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2-3 days.
• If you wish to receive a refund instead of a replacement, even if the product is replaceable, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order value will be deducted.

1. Scope of Coverage

AHD Furniture provides a 5 Year structural warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal residential usage.
Commercial usage voids the warranty.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

a. Pest & Environmental Damage

• Termite attacks
• Fungal decay
• Damage from continuous water exposure

b. Natural Wood Movement

Seasonal expansion, contraction, or minor cracks due to climate changes are normal.
These can be corrected by a polisher at the customer’s cost.

c. Surface & Fragile Components

• Fabric
• Leather / Leatherette
• Glass
• Mirrors
• Springs
• Marble, Stone, and Tile tops

d. Site-Related Damage

Scratches or structural damage caused while attempting to fit the furniture through tight spaces.

e. Hardware, Mechanisms & Cane

• Hinges, handles, channels, bushes
• Motors, chargers, bulbs, switches
• Reclining mechanisms
• Natural cane aging or stretching

• Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free product delivery process.
• Once the order has reached your nearest delivery centre and you fail to receive the products or in case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later delivery.
• Delivery charges/rates are fixed by our delivery partners and are applicable for all our products unless otherwise specified by the AHD.

• Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
• If The Delivery Condition Is:
• Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
• Knocked-down – expert assistance is required, for which Antique Home Decor will provide a service person to carry out proper installation and assembly.
• Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance is required.

• For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
• Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
• AHD Furniture is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

• The accessories shown in the picture are for illustrative purposes only. They are not included in the product unless otherwise stated.
• For solid wood furniture, the grain of the wood may be slightly different from one product to another.
• Depending on the complexity of the design or the hand-painting, there might be variations in the 3D image compared to the finished product.
• Depending on the screen settings and resolution, there might be differences in the colour and wood finish of the website images compared to the actual product.
• Primary material is the primary material used to produce the product. Secondary materials may also be used during the manufacturing process.

• 1. Wooden Surfaces

  Wood is hygroscopic; it breathes. Just like human skin needs moisturization or leather shoes need polish, wood requires periodic polishing to stay healthy during seasonal humidity changes.

  2. Stone, Marble & Tile Tops

  For dining tables with Marble, Stone, or Tile tops, always use coasters and mats. Natural stone is porous and may stain or etch if exposed to acidic substances or extreme heat.

  3. Climate Control

  Use dehumidifiers during monsoons and keep furniture away from direct heat or damp walls to prevent seasonal movement.

  4. Cleaning & Upholstery Care

  • Vacuum upholstered areas weekly with a soft brush.
  • Use water-free cleaners for stains, especially where there is skin and hair contact.
  • Apply leather conditioner to leatherette and leather surfaces every 3–4 months.
